1. Scope of This Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies, as relevant, to physical products supplied through authorised MBF Universe channels.

It may apply to:

  • Consumer product orders
  • District Millets Mission Leader stock allocations
  • District Stockist & Distributor replenishment orders
  • Millet Powerhouse supplies
  • Micro Store supplies
  • Retailer or institutional product movement
  • Approved promotional or launch materials

Different business models may have separate commercial, logistics or supply-chain terms. Where a specific executed agreement governs a shipment, the applicable agreement will prevail for that relationship.

2. Authorised Supply Chain

Routine MBF product movement should take place through the authorised supply structure applicable to the relevant business model.

Routine District Supply Flow:

MSP → BPU → NSS → SMF SS → District Stockist / District Millets Mission Leader → Millet Powerhouse / approved downstream channels

MBF Universe may authorise alternative or direct movement in specific circumstances through written or system-approved instructions.

Partners should not independently bypass the authorised supply chain unless specifically permitted.

3. Order Confirmation

A product request or payment does not always mean that every requested SKU is immediately available for dispatch.

An order may be considered ready for processing after applicable verification of:

  • Order details
  • Payment status
  • Customer or partner identity
  • Delivery location
  • Stock availability
  • Commercial approval
  • Applicable documentation

Where products are temporarily unavailable, MBF Universe or the relevant authorised supply partner may communicate an updated dispatch plan, replacement option or revised product mix where appropriate.

4. District Leadership Stock Allocation

Under the current District Millets Mission Leader activation model, applicable stock may be allocated in stages according to commercial activation and current written policy.

Activation Stage Current Stock Reference Dispatch Condition
Stage 1 – TRAIN Training and Mission Enrollment stage Physical District activation stock is not automatically due merely because Stage 1 training enrollment has started.
Stage 2 – CERTIFY & ACTIVATE ₹3,00,000 MRP Initial Stock Subject to applicable payment, certification / activation requirements, documentation, territory approval, warehouse readiness and current stock availability.
Stage 3 – FINAL ACTIVATION ₹2,00,000 MRP Remaining Stock plus applicable approved additional stock benefit under the current commercial framework Subject to final activation requirements, account reconciliation, current commercial policy, stock availability and executed terms.
Product assortment, quantities, pack sizes, specific SKUs and MRP composition may vary according to current approved stock, availability and commercial policy.

5. Dispatch Timelines

Dispatch timelines may differ depending on:

  • Order size
  • Product availability
  • Destination
  • Warehouse or supply-source location
  • Documentation readiness
  • Payment verification
  • Transport availability
  • Seasonal demand
  • Government or transport restrictions
  • Operational or force-majeure conditions

Any estimated dispatch or delivery timeline communicated before shipment is an operational estimate unless expressly confirmed as a binding timeline in an applicable written agreement.

We aim to process and dispatch approved orders within a reasonable operational period after all applicable conditions are satisfied.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping, freight, loading, unloading or delivery charges may vary according to the applicable business model, quantity, location, transporter and current commercial terms.

Charges may be:

  • Included in the approved package
  • Paid separately by the buyer or partner
  • Adjusted according to a specific supply policy
  • Handled through an authorised distributor or logistics partner

The applicable order, invoice, commercial policy or executed agreement should be checked before assuming that freight is included.

7. Delivery Address

Users and partners are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

This may include:

  • Recipient / business name
  • Mobile number
  • Full address
  • City / town / village
  • District
  • State
  • PIN code
  • Landmark where useful
  • GST or business details where applicable

Additional cost or delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be borne by the recipient where reasonably applicable.

8. District Stockist Delivery Point

District Millets Mission Leaders / District Stockists may be required to maintain an approved clean and secure stock point or warehouse suitable for receiving and storing products.

The District Leader should ensure:

  • Vehicle access where reasonably required
  • Responsible receiving personnel
  • Suitable unloading arrangements
  • Clean and secure storage
  • Stock-counting capability
  • Invoice and receipt verification
  • System entry of received goods

9. Local Logistics After Receipt

Unless a specific written policy provides otherwise, once stock has been delivered and acknowledged at the approved District Stockist point, the District Leader is responsible for applicable local logistics within the district.

This may include:

  • Local vehicle arrangements
  • Delivery manpower
  • Route planning
  • Powerhouse delivery
  • Micro Store delivery
  • Retailer and institutional delivery
  • Proof of delivery
  • Local logistics costs
  • Local stock movement and reconciliation
District Leaders should not assume that MBF Universe will provide free last-mile delivery for every downstream order unless specifically included in the applicable current policy.

10. Receipt & Verification of Goods

At the time of receipt, the recipient should reasonably verify:

  • Number of packages
  • Visible physical condition
  • Invoice or delivery document
  • Product quantities where feasible
  • Signs of leakage, breakage or tampering

For business or bulk shipments, inward stock should be recorded promptly in the applicable inventory or accounting system.

Any material shortage, excess, visible damage or incorrect shipment should be reported as soon as reasonably possible through the authorised support or supply channel.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If products are received in materially damaged condition or a materially incorrect item is supplied, the recipient should:

  • Preserve the product and original packaging
  • Preserve the invoice or delivery document
  • Take clear photographs or videos where appropriate
  • Record batch and product information
  • Report the matter through an authorised channel

Claims may be reviewed against dispatch records, transporter records, invoices, photographs and inventory records.

Replacement, adjustment, credit or other remedy will be determined according to the facts, applicable policy and legal requirements.

12. Manufacturing or Packaging Defects

Where a genuine manufacturing or packaging defect is identified, the matter should be immediately escalated through the authorised quality or support process.

The affected product should not be sold or distributed until the matter has been reviewed where continued sale may create a quality or safety concern.

Batch details, photographs, invoice information and remaining product may be requested for investigation.

13. Delays in Transit

After dispatch, delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • Transporter delays
  • Weather
  • Road restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes
  • Remote-area limitations
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control

Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with the recipient.

A transit delay by itself does not automatically create a right to cancel a dispatched business stock order unless provided under the applicable written policy, agreement or law.

14. Failed Delivery

A delivery may fail because:

  • The recipient is unavailable
  • The address is incorrect
  • The recipient refuses delivery without authorised basis
  • The location is inaccessible
  • Required unloading or receiving arrangements are unavailable

Re-delivery or return freight charges may apply depending on the reason for the failed delivery.

15. Stock Rotation & Storage

Business partners receiving MBF products are responsible for maintaining appropriate stock handling and storage after acknowledged receipt.

Applicable practices include:

  • Clean and hygienic storage
  • Protection from moisture, pests and contamination
  • Safe stacking
  • Batch tracking
  • Expiry-date monitoring
  • FIFO / FEFO stock rotation
  • Segregation of damaged or expired stock
  • Periodic physical stock reconciliation

16. Near-Expiry, Slow-Moving or Expired Stock

Near-expiry, slow-moving or expired stock is not automatically returnable merely because it has not sold within an expected period.

Any return or adjustment may require:

  • Prior approval
  • Invoice details
  • Batch details
  • Expiry information
  • Condition verification
  • Applicable return-policy compliance

Stock that has expired because of poor local stock rotation, improper storage or delayed market movement may be treated according to the applicable partner agreement and policy.

17. Returns

Product returns are not automatically accepted for every delivered order.

Return eligibility may depend on:

  • Reason for return
  • Product condition
  • Original packaging
  • Batch and expiry status
  • Invoice availability
  • Time elapsed since delivery
  • Applicable business model
  • Executed agreement

Refund and cancellation matters are additionally governed by the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.

18. Proof of Delivery

Delivery may be evidenced through one or more of the following:

  • Signed delivery receipt
  • Transporter proof of delivery
  • OTP confirmation
  • Digital acknowledgement
  • System confirmation
  • Photo or location-based evidence where applicable

Once delivery is properly acknowledged, responsibility for subsequent storage and local handling generally transfers to the recipient, subject to any documented concealed defect or other applicable legal right.

19. Product Substitution

MBF Universe or the authorised supply partner will not intentionally substitute products in a misleading manner.

However, where a particular product or pack size is unavailable, an alternative mix may be proposed or supplied only where permitted by the applicable commercial arrangement and communicated appropriately.

The total approved commercial value should be handled according to the applicable current policy and invoice.

20. Product MRP & Commercial Value

Where stock is described by MRP value, the calculation refers to the applicable approved MRP of the products included in the allocation at the relevant time.

A stated MRP stock value does not mean that every product will have the same margin, movement rate, quantity or consumer demand.

MRP may change in the future in accordance with applicable commercial, product and legal requirements.

21. Taxes & Documentation

Applicable GST, invoices, e-way bills and other statutory documents will be handled according to the relevant transaction, threshold, location and legal requirements.

Business partners are responsible for maintaining their own applicable tax, accounting and compliance records.

22. Force Majeure & Exceptional Events

Pick Pay Pack / MBF Universe will not be considered responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods or severe weather
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Government orders
  • Transport shutdowns
  • Major supply disruptions
  • Public-health emergencies
  • Material infrastructure outages

Reasonable efforts will be made to resume operations once circumstances permit.

23. Communication Regarding Shipping

Shipping or order-related communication may be provided through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Website dashboard
  • Relationship Manager
  • Authorised supply or logistics partner

Users should ensure their registered contact information remains current.

24. Unauthorised Commitments

No salesperson, Relationship Manager, distributor or other representative is authorised to promise a shipping term, guaranteed delivery date, free freight, replacement or refund that is inconsistent with the applicable written policy or executed agreement.

Where there is uncertainty, users should request written confirmation through an authorised channel before relying on a verbal commitment.

25. Changes to This Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, supply-chain, logistics, commercial or legal changes.

The current version published on the website will display the applicable "Last Updated" date.
