Final rights arise only through the authorised MBF process and applicable written confirmation or executed agreement.

The District Leader may assist with:

Certificates issued through applicable MBF programs are program or professional-learning credentials and should not be represented as government-recognised academic degrees unless specifically stated otherwise.

17. Digital Accounts & Security

Eligible aspirants may be assigned a Relationship Manager following the applicable assessment or qualification process.

Relationship Managers may provide assistance regarding district opportunity, training, business-model clarification, documentation, onboarding and next steps.

No Relationship Manager or other representative is authorised to create a binding commitment that contradicts the current written policy or executed agreement.

20. Payments

Payments should be made only through bank accounts, payment links, gateways or other methods officially communicated or displayed through authorised MBF Universe channels.

Users should retain receipts and transaction references.

Payment to an unauthorised individual, personal account or third party may not be treated as an official payment unless confirmed through authorised company records.

21. Cancellation, Exit & Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, refund, stock reconciliation and exit matters are governed by:

  • The applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • The current program-specific written terms
  • The executed agreement, where applicable
  • Payment, stock and account reconciliation
  • Applicable law

Payment of an amount does not automatically create an unconditional right to immediate refund.

Users should review the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy before making a payment.

22. Product Availability & Dispatch

Product availability may depend on manufacturing, inventory, upstream supply, location, product mix and logistics.

Stock allocations, product combinations or delivery timelines may change where reasonably required because of availability, operational considerations or current commercial policy.

Shipping and dispatch matters are additionally governed by the separate Shipping Policy.

After receipt of stock at the approved District Stockist point, applicable local logistics responsibilities may rest with the District Leader.

This may include:

  • Route planning
  • Proof of delivery
  • Powerhouse and retailer servicing
  • Local logistics expenses

24. Intellectual Property

Users may receive service, transactional, educational or consent-based promotional communication through WhatsApp, email, SMS, telephone or other authorised channels.

Users should ensure that the contact information they provide is accurate.

Users may request to stop applicable promotional communication through available opt-out mechanisms.

26. Third-Party Platforms

The website may integrate with or link to services such as WhatsApp, Meta platforms, payment gateways, video-hosting services, CRM providers, analytics providers and other technology services.

Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

27. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website, Mission Room and related systems available and functional.

However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failures, software upgrades, security requirements, third-party outages or other operational reasons.

Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

28. Finance Facilitation

Eligible District Leaders may, subject to current policy and demonstrated performance, receive professional assistance to explore suitable bank or government-supported finance options.

MBF Universe does not guarantee loan sanction, loan amount, interest rate, subsidy, collateral waiver or lender approval. The applicable bank, financial institution or scheme authority makes the final decision.

29. Leadership Recognition

District Leaders may become eligible for recognition, certification, leadership councils, media opportunities, awards or additional responsibilities based on applicable performance and program criteria.

Such recognition may consider learning, ethics, service, community impact, leadership, mentoring, compliance and sustained performance.

Higher leadership recognition cannot be purchased merely by making a payment.

We endeavour to maintain current information on this website.

However, commercial terms, stock availability, campaigns, training schedules, incentives, prices, territory status, product details and operational policies may change.

Where a website page, old brochure, advertisement, screenshot, WhatsApp message or verbal statement conflicts with an applicable current written policy or executed agreement, the current authorised written source should be relied upon.

33. Governing Framework

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws of India.

Program-specific agreements may contain additional provisions concerning jurisdiction, dispute resolution, notice, commercial settlement or other legal matters.

Where an executed agreement contains a specific provision governing the same matter, that provision will apply to the extent legally valid and applicable to that relationship.
